Safari House offers a private and flexible safari experience in Etosha Heights Private Reserve, bordering Etosha National Park in northwest Namibia. This exclusive-use Namibian homestead is designed for families, small groups, or friends seeking personalized travel with a private guide, chef, and safari vehicle included.

The house blends traditional charm with modern comforts. Guests can enjoy peaceful views from the veranda, relax in the pool, or gather around the firepit at night. With direct access to wildlife-rich terrain, the property provides a secluded base for game drives, wildlife photography, and downtime between activities.

Safari House supports rhino conservation efforts on the reserve. Every stay contributes to on-the-ground protection of Namibia’s critically endangered black and white rhino populations.

Rooms and Suites

Safari House features three spacious ensuite bedrooms that sleep up to six adults and three children. Each room includes air conditioning, indoor hot showers, and natural lighting. Rooms are furnished in a simple, functional style with local design touches.

The house is wheelchair-friendly, but accessibility requirements should be confirmed at the time of booking. Wi-Fi is available for a small donation to support anti-poaching programs, and hairdryers and battery-charging stations are provided.

The main house includes a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor dining space, and a comfortable living area for relaxing in the evenings or during hot midday hours.

Hotel Amenities and Facilities

Safari House is equipped with a full range of private-use amenities designed for comfort and convenience. The house features a large, fully fenced garden, offering privacy and a safe space for families with children. A shaded wraparound veranda overlooks a nearby waterhole, providing a quiet spot to watch passing wildlife. There is a swimming pool for cooling off during the day, along with two dedicated braai (BBQ) areas—one open-air and one under a thatched roof—ideal for outdoor dining. A private chef is available to prepare all meals, though guests may also choose to self-cater using the fully equipped kitchen. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available for a small donation that supports the reserve’s anti-poaching program. Additional services include complimentary laundry, solar-powered energy throughout the house, and credit card facilities at the nearby Safarihoek Lodge. The property is child-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages. Wellness treatments can be arranged on request for those seeking relaxation after a day of exploration.
