Explore the desert by horseback; taking out-rides into the bush vegetation of the Swakopmund Riverbed and along the Moon landscape or along the beach or sand dunes.
Fishing
Shore or boat options are available. Good catches can be expected all year round. The following species can be caught: Kabeljou, Steenbras, Barbel, Galjoen, Garrick and various sharks. Experienced skipper and guide on board.
Dolphin Cruise
Experience the thrill of dolphins leaping alongside the boat, seals fed by hand and have a champagne breakfast with fresh oysters on the calm waters of the Walvis Bay Lagoon. Time: 8:30 AM
Sea Kayaking
Experience the beautiful wetlands and offshore coastal areas from the unique vantage of the sea kayak. Tours are led by an experienced, licensed guide and only certified, seaworthy kayaks are used. There is a minimum of 2 participants.
Camel Rides

Sandwich Harbour 4x4 Scenic Tour (Half-day)
Visit the Walvis Bay Lagoon, the Sandwich Harbour Lagoon (a RAMSAR site; weather & tide dependent) and the spectacularly high coastal dunes of the Namib Desert. Times: 8:30 AM or 12:30 PM. Requires minimum 3 guests.
Scenic flights
Experience a bird's-eye view of the Namib Desert, Atlantic coastline, shipwrecks or the Skeleton Coast (weather-dependent). Requires minimum 2 guests.
Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
