Upon landing, you meet your representative for fast-track immigration processing to bypass standard queues. If a Visa on Arrival is required, your assistant completes the application, verifies your documents, and escorts you directly to the immigration counters for an efficient entry. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, you proceed to your waiting vehicle for transfer to your accommodation.
Begin the day with a guided visit to Wat Pho, one of Bangkok’s oldest temples and home to Thailand’s largest reclining Buddha. Depending on your hotel’s location, the route may include public transport such as the Skytrain, ferry, or a short walk. Continue by tuk-tuk to Lak Mueang City Pillar before exploring the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), the spiritual heart of Thailand.
Enjoy a traditional family-style Thai lunch, then board a longtail boat to cruise Bangkok’s historic canals. Pass traditional wooden shopfronts, teak houses, and riverside temples, stopping at the centuries-old Artist’s House (Baan Silapin) to view local art and photography. Visit Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, and explore its ornate pavilions and prangs (towers). Cross the Chao Phraya River by ferry to a riverside restaurant, where you enjoy a local cocktail with panoramic views over the River of Kings.

Travel to Nonthaburi Pier this morning and board a rocket boat to Koh Kret, a man-made island in the Chao Phraya River known for its Mon heritage. On arrival, explore the island by bicycle, passing teak cottages, Buddhist temples, and quiet riverside scenes.
Meet Mon artisans and watch them craft pottery using traditional techniques. Try shaping your piece under their guidance. If visiting on a weekend, browse the local market and sample distinctive Mon sweets and other specialties. Return to Bangkok in the afternoon.
Day 4: Ayutthaya Heritage Tour | Transfer to Khao Yai
Depart early from your Bangkok hotel for Ayutthaya, the former capital of the Kingdom of Siam and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour the city in a customized tuk-tuk, beginning with Wat Mahathat, famous for the Buddha head entwined in banyan roots. Continue to Wat Phra Si Sanphet, once the royal palace, and climb the prang of Wat Ratchaburana for panoramic views. Use your provided Ayutthaya map to explore additional sites at your own pace.
Enjoy lunch aboard a traditional teak rice barge while gliding along Ayutthaya’s waterways, with views of ancient ruins and daily riverside life.
In the afternoon, travel by vehicle on a 4.5-hour drive to Khao Yai, arriving in the evening to prepare for the next day’s experiences.
After breakfast at the hotel, set out with your trekking guide to explore the hiking trails of Khao Yai National Park. Venture deep into the rainforest, where you may spot gibbon macaques, reptiles, and colorful bird species such as hornbills. Pause at scenic viewpoints for sweeping vistas of the jungle and continue to waterfalls, where you can relax beside clear, cool pools. Throughout the day, your guide will share insights into the park’s ecology and serve regional dishes for lunch.
Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner will be provided at the hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then spend the morning at leisure to relax or explore the surroundings at your own pace. Check out by noon before your transfer to Koh Chang.
After morning pick-up from your hotel, travel to the viewpoint at White Sand Beach for panoramic island and ocean views. Continue north to visit Koh Chang’s most important spirit house, influenced by Chinese Buddhism. Head down the island’s east coast to Salak Kok, where you can choose between a traditional Thai boat ride or kayaking through the tranquil mangrove forests. Visit the local temple in Salak Phet, where your guide will share insights into Buddhist traditions.
Enjoy lunch in Salak Phet before continuing to the secluded Shambala Beach Bar in Klong Son Bay. Spend the afternoon relaxing, swimming in the beach pool, strolling the shoreline, or enjoying one of the bar’s signature frozen drinks. Return to your resort in the late afternoon.
This morning, transfer by local taxi to Bang Bao Fisherman Village at the southern tip of Koh Chang. Board a slow boat bound for the Koh Rang area, known for its vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life. Snorkel at Koh Yak, Koh Lie, and Koh Thong, exploring colorful coral gardens and spotting tropical fish. Before midday, relax on the white sand beach of Koh Rang. Enjoy a freshly prepared BBQ lunch served onboard.
In the afternoon, stop at the peaceful island of Koh Wai to enjoy its calm waters and quiet beaches before returning to Koh Chang.
