Sacha Lodge, located in the heart of Ecuadorian Rainforest
The Amazon Rainforest, another of the amazing natural wonders of the world found in South America. As our most recent adventure draws to a close, we were fortunate to end our trip in such a wonderful, beautiful, tranquil and pristine spot...The Sacha Lodge, located in the heart of the Ecuadorian Rainforest.
Two-hour boat ride down the Napo River (Shirley Adams)Not a particularly easy place to get to. Thirty-minute flight from Quito to Coca, Ecuador. Two-hour boat ride down the Napo River. The Napo is a primary tributary to the Amazon River. A twenty-minute hike through the jungle, on what was later referred to as ''The Interstate Highway''. A canoe ride down a jungle stream. Across a black-water lake to the lodge, hidden yet in the jungle.
Once there, we found our lodging to be quite beautiful and comfortable.

great travel company. We called for a last minute trip to Svalbard. Kevin gave great advice and worked fast, and emailed promptly. He even got us some last minute discounts. Highly recommend!
We also traveled through Adventure Life on another Arctic cruise, and they supported us through some trying circumstances.

It was nice to speak to a representative who answered all my questions. No pushy sales pitch. She called me when I requested a phone call and was pleasant and helpful. Big thank you to Karilyn Owen.
