We are moving on. I can not express the beauty of Antarctica. The land features are massive. Cliffs of rock and ice jut straight out of the water -- exposing harsh terrain. Our boat looks like a miniature toy next to the land. I had never seen so many glaciers in my life! I will never forget the beauty of this place. Today we landed on Cuverville Island and Waterboat Point. We watched a leopard seal catch and eat a penguin today. It was hard to watch -- but it is amazing to see the natural course of life. The days are cloudless and warm for the most part -- about 40 degrees.
My representative Kevin was very responsive generally and in crafting our itinerary to our specific priorities.

Although there was a lot of paper work, I received help and guidance when I needed it.

Our travel was flawless! The rider pickup (airport, hotel, ship) was seamless. Jane's recommendation for Emerald Cruise Sakara was everything I wanted but the experience was soooo much more. Adventure Life took care of each and every detail and this was the easiest of all my travels.

I spoke with at least a half dozen other travel companies, looking for a Galapagos cruise that fit our schedule and budget. Some companies could manage one or the other, but Erin was the only one who could do both. She found us the perfect cruise, at a fantastic price! And she has been quick and patient with responses to my many questions. So far, Adventure Life has been a fantastic company to work with!
