Jaguar feeding timeThis day we made the long 3 hour trip to Caracol. We saw different lives of Belize from country to towns along the way. We stopped at the Rio Frio Cave before heading in to the Ruins. After exploring the ruins of the city of Caracol we had a great picnic lunch and some time to relax before heading out. It is amazing to see all the ruins that still are left to be excavated. The size and population of the Mayans in that time is unbelievable. On the way back to Pook's we were able to stop and take a dip in the Rio Pools. I would have loved to have spent more time there - like 1-2 hours and had a picnic there. The water was so cool and the pools were amazing. We were all glad to have that relaxing and refreshing time there.
It is so easy to book trips, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they respond to any and all questions

Mary was super helpful and patient. Answered every question and with candor (answers of “Everything’s equally great” aren’t helpful! 😎).

The trip planner I worked with, Jane, was excellent. She had travelled to Antarctica twice and was the voice of experience as she explained travel options to me. I've travelled internationally for many years for many years for business and pleasure including a number of adventure trips. It is a delight to work with such an experienced planner. I've used Adventure Life for three trips, Costa Rica, Galapagos and upcoming, Antarctica. I highly recommend them.

Clara was great to work with. She presented lots of options and always responded promptly. And she found excellent options within our price range.
