Fall in love with the crystal waters of the Caribbean on this 8-day Caribbean cruise. Begin in Bridgetown, Barbados, and sail around the Virgin Islands and the Grenadines on your way to St. Thomas. Disembark daily to explore colorful markets, interact with the friendly locals, snorkel in the warm waters, or relax on the beach. A perfect island getaway, this cruise introduces you to the best of the Caribbean.
Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
Arrive in Bridgetown and board the SeaDream II. Settle in to your cabin, then attend a welcome dinner.
Day 2: Port Elizabeth, Bequia
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Bequia is the northernmost and largest of the Grenadines, just seven square miles of quiet lagoons, reefs, and long silvery stretches of beach. Notice the colorful model boats which are set up on stands around the tiny harbor, representing the island's maritime history. Anchor at Port Elizabeth and enjoy a scenic land adventure as well as sport fishing and a trip to the neighboring island of Mystique.
Day 3: Portsmouth
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
With nearly 3,000 residents, Portsmouth is the second largest town in Dominica. Dock alongside the unique wooden pier or lie at anchor in Prince Rupert Bay to experience several activities from the marina. Navigate the Indian River on a land adventure or explore Cabrits National Park.
Day 4: Iles des Saintes
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Anchor in the bay off Bourg des Saintes, the main village on the island. Just beyond the sister island of Ilet a Cabrit to the north, you can see the main island of Guadeloupe and volcanic La Soufriere mountain. A short zodiac ride takes you into the center of this charming village, which offers many shops, restaurants and cafes. If you feel energetic, hike up to Fort Napoleon, which has been converted into a museum, for stunning hilltop views. Take one of the ship's mountain bikes or relax on the beach for some sun, sand, and palm trees.
Day 5: Charlestown / Gustavia
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Less commercial and laid back than its neighbor, St. Kitts, Nevis offers dramatic views of the potentially active volcanic Nevis Peak. Charlestown does not offer too many sightseeing or shopping opportunities, though the house where American statesman Alexander Hamilton was born is only a short walk away along the waterfront (now the Museum of Nevis History). To enjoy Nevis to its full potential, divide your day into segments. In the morning, explore the island, either above or below the water. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, and take in a romantic sunset from the beach in the evening.
Day 6: Gustavia
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
This small island belonging to the French West Indies has so much to offer. Incredible beaches, resorts, restaurants and land activities are all available on this island gem. Ask one of the ship's officers to take you on a hike or bike ride around the island.
Day 7: White Bay, Jost van Dyke
1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Take a hike to visit the famous Foxy’s Bar at Great Harbour (hopefully the boutique is open), or stroll a few meters down the beach to the Soggy Dollar Bar. Snorkel equipment is provided.
Day 8: Charlotte, St. Thomas
1 Breakfast
The capital and largest city in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Charlotte has two ports of call. Dock at Crown Bay after breakfast and disembark for your continued independent journeys.

The response from Adventure Life to my first inquiry was prompt and promising. I worked with Jamie Broeckel, Trip Planner, via text, email, and phone calls- always extremely responsive and thorough with information and explaining the process to arrange a private tour for me to Malaysia Borneo. Within about week, the booking was complete and I made decisions because of Jamie's great customer service , friendly manner, and overall competence on behalf of the company's travel expertise. Now I have an itinerary, additional Trip Planner Assistants, several links for vital information for traveling to Maylasia, etc. Still many details for Sept. trip, but now the heavy lifting is done and I can enjoy the rest of the anticipation and research!! Thanks Jamie- you are amazing!!!!

The trip was not only memorable for the amount of animals we saw but also for the people and accommodations at the two camps where we stayed. Our first guide, BK, was a wealth of information about the animals, landscape and down to the plants and what they were used for. Everyday out was a learning experience with him. All the people at the camps were gracious and the food was excellent.
Our second camp in the Okavanga was just as good as the first as far as the staff, accommodations, food and animals. After our experience at the first camp we amazed that the high quality remained the same. Our guide, G, made sure we were able to enjoy every experience including a rush through the bush to witness a cheetah and an ensuing hunt that he heard over his radio.
In both camps there were enough guides out that if they saw something the other guides were informed which helped in seeing as much as possible. It was also nice that the concessions were large enough that we did not have vehicles following each other throughout the day.
Normally there is always something in a trip of this length that we think could be improved upon but this is the rare case where we cannot think of anything. From the time we left the States to when we returned it was one of the most hassle free vacations we took.
Perhaps emphasizing the use of the laundry facilities at the camps would be useful because of the luggage restrictions would be the only thing I can think of as an improvement to future clients.
