Designed by the acclaimed New York studio Studio Gaia based on sustainable practices and the appropriate use of space, taking care of every detail of the design with the necessary materials. 45 by Director is the first renovated hotel to obtain the Leed Gold Certificate for sustainability in Chile. Staying true to the use of prominent resources in the country, we use copper as the main element which is emphasized in all the hotel's environments.
Now, 4 5 offers a renewed gastronomic experience that combines signature cuisine with design and architecture of the highest level. The Olam Restaurant and the Nkiru Bar were designed so that different atmospheres are combined in the same space, to offer a sum of visual and gustatory sensations in perfect harmony.
