Depart at 8:30 AM from Puerto Varas and take route 225, along the southern edge of Lago Llanquihue. Stop at Ensenada and Saltos de Petrohué, a beautiful overlook where you can see the rivers and the surrounding waterfalls. Once you reach Petrohué, begin the 6-hour hike, where you will see some of the most amazing views of the Andes Mountains including 3 different volcanoes and one of the most beautiful Chilean lakes. The highlight of this day trek is reaching the shore of Lago Todos Los Santos.
