Your exclusive tour begins with a visit to Perez Cruz, a boutique winery located on the estate grounds of the Perez Cruz family in the Maipo Alto Valley. The vineyard is surrounded by beautiful scenery, which complements the modern, elegant architecture of the manor.
After sampling the Maipo Alto Valley's finest wines at Perez Cruz, you will head towards Santa Rita Winery to experience its grape variety garden, vineyards, winemaking and cellaring process, and bottling process. You'll visit "Bodega 1," the winery's first cellar, and the "Cellar of the 120 Patriots," where you will discover the exciting story that gives 120 its name. The tour ends after tasting their finest wines: two Gran Reserva and two Ultra-Premium vintages.
Then you will go for a delicious lunch in Santa Rita's traditional restaurant, "Doña Paula." The mansion is a classic example of colonial architecture, featuring white walls that showcase artwork from artistic movements like the Cusco, Quito, and Potosí schools, high bamboo ceilings with exposed beams, and a variety of period antiquities on display. The location is equally ideal, with views of the vineyards and a wide hallway leading to the courtyard garden. We'll return to the hotel in Santiago for a relaxing evening after tasting all the exquisite wines.
