Enjoy a variety of bird species on this hike through the Selvatura Park in the Monteverde area. This hanging bridges tour consists of 8 bridges ranging in length from 150 to 510 feet. High above the cloud forest floor, you can see the flora and fauna below and the variety of plant life that exists here. As you make your way on this two mile hike, your guide will point out an array of bird life that make their homes in the cloud forest. You have a chance to see such unique birds as the quetzal, toucan, wood creeper, flycatchers, orioles and grosbeaks. With any luck, you may see the three-wattled bellbird.

The trip was terrific with great planning on your part. Most of the adventures were not mainstream and somewhat off the beaten path which made it especially enjoyable!! What made our Costa Rica experience great was the wonderful places we stayed and transportation to get to our different areas to visit was excellent! The white water rafting and the snorkeling & dolphin watching were really fun!
