Transfer by coach from Strasbourg to Trier. Passengers are welcome to board the ship at 6:00 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we'll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail. Enjoy an evening of entertainment. Our ship will remain in port overnight.
This morning, the excursion proposed is: Trier and its Roman ruins. Founded by the Celts and later conquered by the Romans, Trier is thought to be Germany’s oldest city. Its remarkable ruins are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We’ll spend the afternoon cruising the Moselle River, so sit back and revel in the splendid scenery on each side of the riverbanks.
The morning will be dedicated to an excursion to Eltz Castle. Surrounded by a lush forest lining a deep valley, Eltz Castle looks like it came straight out of Game of Thrones. The interior is just as extraordinary as its exterior and spans 850 years of architecture and culture.
We'll spend the afternoon cruising towards Koblenz, arriving in the afternoon. Join us for an excursion: Koblenz and the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. Situated at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle Rivers, Koblence is a great city to stroll through. We’ll then visit the historic castle, where we'll have a magnificent view across the city and valleys.
Join us for an evening of dinner and dancing. Our ship will remain in port overnight.
We’ll spend the day cruising on the Rhine River. This remarkable route meanders between sheer rocks as it passes picturesque vineyards and fortified castles perched high above the water. The legendary rock of the Lorelei is just one of the high points we’ll see. A subject of many literary works and poems, the rock is most famously associated with the myth of a beautiful maiden who threw herself from its heights in despair, only to be transformed into a siren who lures fishermen to their deaths. We’ll pass famous German cities dotting the river, including Mainz, Mannheim, and Speyer. Tonight is our festive gala evening.

This was my first experience with Adventure Life - and I couldn't have been more pleased with the trip. The guides and local staff in both Buenos Aires and Uruguay were terrific - extremely helpful and accommodating. I really enjoyed meeting the friendly staff in Buenos Aires in person (I left my bags with them for the afternoon).
