They stuck to timelines and were quick to address any unexpected changes without sacrificing trip experience. Trip documents were a bit overwhelming but only because it was an international, multi-city visit with various activities. It was time-consuming to review, but all our questions from it were answered quickly and clearly. That level of service made our Japan trip one of our favorite memories.
