This is a fabulous, very upscale sailing experience. Star Clipper is a tall clipper ship with masts and sails. You actually feel the waves and the movement of the ship. You get to see and experience the excitement of the raising and lowering of the sails depending on the winds. The ships hold only about 150 people so the experience is nothing like regular cruise ships that carry thousands of passengers. The small number of passengers allow you to get to know people and make friends.

I wanted to visit some of the islands in the Mediterranean that most cruise ships don’t go to. A friend recommended that I try a sailing ship so I googled and found the sea clippers and Adventure Life. My experience booking with them was excellent. They were professional and responsive.
