This two-day service oriented trip helps local communities offset the negative consequences of modernization that impacts the Andes. The service project will allow travelers to go into the community and help families collect waste, separate it based on recyclables, biodegradable/compostable waste, and disposable garbage and educate and promote composting and recycling efforts in local communities surrounding the Sacred Valley.

Experience a 2 day/1 night whitewater rafting trip on the Urubamba River, the sacred river of the Incas. Raft through Class II-IV rapids on this trip that includes one overnight of camping and great food after your day's adrenaline-filled adventure on this great river.

Adventure Life's guides and partners has identified the poorest families in the Cachiccata community. The elements can cause damage to homes over time, and many families do not have the extra means to make renovations to their homes. During this 4 day/3 night trip, participants, side-by-side with the family members, will work on cleaning, repairing, and restoring their homes. We stay in the community campground each night to immerse ourselves in the village life. The trip ends with traditional Inca ceremony and offering as a time to reflect over the previous days' experiences.
