My husband and I ventured on our two week trip to Peru in August 2019, exploring Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Lares Valley before finally seeing Machu Picchu.

My wife and I set off on a traditional 10-day program including acclimatization days in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. Then there was the actual four-day hike to Machu Picchu and then the subsequent visits to Lake Titicaca and Lima. We had a lot of time of exploration to see the different cities that we visited.
