Thomas Somerscales Hotel, was once the home of the painter and his family, who in 1874 bought a site in San Eriazo Enrique # 446, built the house and lived in it during their stay in Valparaiso. After more than 100 years, the house of the family Somerscales is the perfect place to begin Chile tour. This large house in Cerro Alegre was declared a historic landmark by the Council of National Monuments. It was restored in compliance with all existing regulations to establish a beautiful bed-and-breakfast-style hotel.
