This tour introduces you to the Costa Rican culture, history, and people. Visit San Jose's primary attractions, such as Sabana Park, Paseo Colon, government buildings, the National Museum, and the historic architectural treasure, Costa Rica's National Theatre. End your trip with a stop in Moravia where you can do a little shopping, or simply browse through the beautiful craft shops before returning to your hotel.
This tour is approximately 3-5 hours with a bilingual guide. Duration depends on group size.

This Add-on is available only for our travelers extending or customizing their itinerary. If you are not staying a centrally located hotel in San Jose, we can arrange an alternative pick up for an additional charge.
Initial deposit is $400, and most travelers will call our office and pay the deposit with a credit card.
Final payment is due 70 days (10 weeks) prior to departure by bank transfer, check or credit card. All final payments by credit card may be subject to a surcharge and maximum of $20,000 charge
Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.

What made our Costa Rica experience great was the wonderful places we stayed and transportation to get to our different areas to visit was excellent! The white water rafting and the snorkeling & dolphin watching were really fun!
