Venice embodies romance at every turn. Admire the graceful domes of St. Mark’s Basilica, pause at the Bridge of Sighs, and take in the golden lions and Renaissance splendor of the Doge’s Palace. Hear echoes of Verdi, Puccini, and Caruso at La Fenice Opera House, marvel at the elegant Palladian design of the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore, and drift along the Grand Canal by gondola—where the spirit of love lingers in every moment.
Lošinj is often called the “Island of Vitality,” thanks to its rich biodiversity, mild climate, and long-standing tradition of wellness and health tourism. A walk through the old town of Mali Lošinj feels like stepping back in time, with its stone houses, historic residences, leafy gardens, charming squares, and winding stairways. Nearby, Čikat Bay, framed by lush vegetation, is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic.
Steeped in history and surrounded by the clear waters of the Adriatic, Trogir is one of Croatia’s best-preserved medieval towns - a UNESCO World Heritage Site of extraordinary beauty. Passengers can stroll through its narrow cobbled streets, where Romanesque, Gothic, and Renaissance buildings stand side by side, or relax in a café along the waterfront promenade. Highlights include the magnificent Cathedral of St. Lawrence and the elegant Kamerlengo Fortress overlooking the harbor. Compact, atmospheric, and filled with charm, Trogir is a living museum of Dalmatian history and a perfect place to simply wander, discover, and unwind.
The heavenly scent of lavender perfumes the air in the fields and valleys around the island of Hvar. Idyllically located just off the Dalmatian Coast, the island and the little port named after it have been a favorite getaway ever since the time of the Romans, the Byzantines, the Venetians and even Austro-Hungarian royalty.
This stunning rock-walled chasm, splitting the coastal mountains of Montenegro, is the longest arm of the sea in southern Europe. Boka harbors one of the prettiest, unspoiled towns you'll ever see, the medieval city of Kotor. Founded by the Romans, fortified during the Byzantine era, and then ruled by Venice for much of its history, Kotor has been naturally preserved by its isolation.
Each Star Clippers ship offers a traditional and elegant way to see the world. Feel the wind fill the sails and gently carry you from one gorgeous destination to the next. During your time on board, you can choose to relax on a sun lounger or cool off in one of the pools on the top deck, while more adventurous passengers may enjoy the opportunity to climb the rigging or even have a go at steering the ship. Alternatively, you can wander the interior areas of the ship and discover relaxing lounges, a revitalising spa (Royal Clipper only) and a peaceful library.
Set on a sun-drenched bay overlooking the Ionian Sea, just opposite the island of Corfu, Saranda is Albania’s most elegant coastal resort — and a perfect gateway to two of the country’s greatest treasures. Passengers can enjoy the relaxed waterfront atmosphere or join optional excursions (available at an additional cost) to explore the UNESCO-listed ancient city of Butrint, rich in Greek and Roman ruins, or the beautifully preserved Ottoman town of Gjirokastër, famed for its stone houses and hilltop fortress. Albania boasts a rich and ancient history, yet remains one of Europe’s best-kept secrets. Whether discovering history or simply soaking up the Adriatic sun, Saranda offers a captivating blend of culture, scenery, and Mediterranean charm.
A charming port town on Greece's Peloponnese peninsula, Katakolon serves as a gateway to the ancient site of Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Passengers can explore the ancient ruins with the optional tour. Katakolon itself offers a picturesque waterfront lined with shops and cafes, providing a relaxing prelude or conclusion to the historical exploration of Olympia.

Weather permitting, the ship anchors at Kleftiko, one of the most breathtaking natural wonders of Milos. Once a pirate hideout, this secluded bay is famed for its dazzling white cliffs, sea caves, and luminous turquoise water. Passengers can swim, snorkel, or simply float beneath towering rock formations sculpted by wind and sea. The light dances across the surface, creating an ever-changing palette of blues and silvers. Peaceful and unforgettable, this morning swim stop is one of the most memorable moments of any Star Clippers voyage - a rare chance to experience the wild beauty of the Aegean at its purest.
Milos, a gem of the Cyclades Islands, is famous for its striking volcanic landscape and colorful cliffs, as well as its more than 70 unique beaches boasting crystal-clear waters. Adamas, the island's main port, is nestled in a sweeping natural bay. This bustling harbor town boasts inviting tavernas where visitors can sample local delicacies and enjoy the gentle hum of fishing boats bobbing on the turquoise water. Venture inland to discover Milos's hidden gems, such as Sarakiniko Bay's otherworldly landscape, Plaka's narrow streets and breathtaking views, and the vibrant fishermen's village of Klima with its distinctive 'syrmata' houses. Adamas is a welcoming gateway and a serene retreat in the heart of the Cyclades.
The small port of Gavrio welcomes you to the island of Andros with its calm way of life. This small harbor is surrounded by gentle hills and the scent of the sea. Although Gavrio itself has little more than a few cafés and seaside tavernas, it is the perfect place to explore the natural beauty and tranquil soul of Andros. Beyond the port, excursions lead to landscapes of stone villages, green valleys and long, windswept beaches. The island's main town, also called Andros, lies on the opposite side of the island, an hour's drive from the port, and is a graceful settlement of neoclassical houses, leafy squares, and art galleries.
