Guatemalan childArrived in Guatemala City on a direct flight from Newark airport, and, as is the custom with this company, were greeted promptly and courteously, and taken to our hotel in Antigua in time to rest and walk around the town for a bit. The road trip to Antigua included an amazingly long and steep hill, on which it is quite possible to burn out your brakes if you are not careful!! Antigua is a beautiful little town, with a small main square (with views of two volcanoes, including an active one) and lots of hidden courtyard gardens to explore. Unfortunately for me, my ATM card stopped working, and I had to rely on my good friend as a cash cow. Luckily, things here are so inexpensive that it was never a problem.
We have told everyone we know about Adventure Life. What a great company to work with and no detail is missed. Call them for your next adventure!!

We received an immediate response from Kassandra who reserved our cruise as soon as she got a confirmation from us. Maria and Jess also were in touch right away.

Mary was super helpful and patient. Answered every question and with candor (answers of “Everything’s equally great” aren’t helpful! 😎).

The trip planner I worked with, Jane, was excellent. She had travelled to Antarctica twice and was the voice of experience as she explained travel options to me. I've travelled internationally for many years for many years for business and pleasure including a number of adventure trips. It is a delight to work with such an experienced planner. I've used Adventure Life for three trips, Costa Rica, Galapagos and upcoming, Antarctica. I highly recommend them.
