Sail from Ho Chi Minh to Bali aboard the luxurious ship L' Austral
Explore volcanic landscapes, coral reefs, tiny islands, and paddy fields
Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
A gracious country whose silhouette forms the outline of a dragon, Vietnam offers travellers the splendor of its landscapes and its fragrant trading posts.
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh and embark your ship, L'Austral, between 4 and 5 PM. Settle in to your cabin and familiarize yourself with the ship and her crew.
Spend today on deck with your camera on hand - you won't want to miss the views! Enjoy the breeze from on deck and keep an eye out for marine- and bird-life that may be following in your ship's wake.
Karimunjawa is a collection of 27 islands. Their name means "a stone's throw from Java," in the local Javanese dialect. Among the group's 27 islands, 22 were declared a marine reserve in 2001. The designation ensures that marine life in the area is abundant.
Following breakfast, disembark in Bali, Indonesia. Do not miss the visit to “the Island of the Gods”, whose charm and treasures never fail to enchant travellers. Located at the western tip of the Lesser Sunda Islands, between volcanic landscapes and many paddy fields, Bali has succeeded protecting its two most important resources: its authentic culture and its timeless beauty.

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
