As a very active traveler, whenever I plan my next adventures, I make sure to keep my days busy with explorative tours and activities. I absolutely loved my expedition cruises to Antarctica and the Galapagos Islands, which totally served the purpose of “making it exciting” and interesting.
Coming from this school, I used to look at leisure cruises with a bit of skepticism. My concern was that I’d get easily bored.
Last June I had the chance to challenge my preconceptions and ventured on a leisure cruise along the coast of the Adriatic aboard Le Jacques Cartier. It came as a surprise to me to realize the potential of this – for me – new way of cruising. In fact, every day was a new opportunity to keep culturally fed with highly educational city tours and lectures and by exploring new cities and their gems, and still be able to carve out patches of time to wind down with onboard activities, or by simply reading a book by the pool with a cocktail in my hand.
Third trip we have book with Adventure Life. Like the last two, we have had a quick response to all inquires

(1) great information on the website and throughout all the "materials." (2) Jane Packer is great: knowledgeable, responsive, takes a personal interest and tone, seems to care about the customer as a person not a sale.
