Since the Galapagos are very remote (about 600 miles, or 1000 km) off the coast of mainland Ecuador, the first and fourth day of your cruise is primarily consumed by your flight to and from the Galapagos. That only leaves two full days to explore the islands, and that's not enough! Consider taking a 5-day cruise, which will cost about 20% more, but give you 50% more time on the islands. Claudia does an excellent job of communicating. HOWEVER…you paperwork requirements are constipated — a real impediment to doing business. Fire the lawyers or accountants over that.
