Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
Head out this morning for a snorkel tour at Coral Cay. The Cay's shallow waters provide great chances to see beautiful coral formations. Spend snorkeling the crystal blue waters in search of parrot fish, angel fish, red snapper, slender needle fish, eels, barracuda and possibly nurse sharks.
Next head to Bocas del Toro's most popular white sand beach, Red Frog Beach. As part of the Bastimentos National Marine park, the beach owes its name to a small bright red frog approximately 2-3 centimeters in size. Spend the afternoon looking for this small creature while you explore the beach and surrounding vegetation. Enjoy lunch at the beach before heading back to Bocas Town in the late afternoon.

The trip might have been the absolute best of our lifetime (thus far). We particularly want to commend our guide Peter in the Guilin area-he was so incredibly attentive, energetic, enthusiastic-and absolutely dedicated to ensuring that our meals were 100% vegetarian.
