“Andean Wings Restaurant”
Our Good Morning Breakfast is served from 07:00hrs to 10:00hrs. If you would like a later breakfast please let us know, however, please be advised that there is a service fee for services after our normal operating hours.
 
If you need to leave very early for your trip to Machu Picchu you have the option to order a box to take the breakfast with you at a cost of only $7 USD, let us know and we will gladly prepare a boxed breakfast for you.
 
Lunch is served from 12:00hrs to 16:00hrs. Check our restaurant’s unique selection of fusion courses that mix an International Peruvian Cuisine into a unique Andean experience.
 
Dinner is served from 18:00hrs to 21:30hrs enjoy a quiet and delicious meal with a unique atmosphere that only our Andean Wings staff can offer you.

Private dinners can be arranged upon reservation. There is a service fee for closing our Andean Wings Lounge Bar’s doors, but if you are looking for privacy or a romantic dinner, this is a great option. Ask at Reception for details.


Water
Please drink the complimentary bottled water supplied in your room and avoid drinking tap water. There is one complimentary bottle of water per room. Free filtered water is offered in pitchers in the dining room – please feel free to refill your bottles to help us be environmentally friendly. Additional bottled water is available for sale in the bar area.

Oxygen
If you are experiencing headaches or nausea as a result of adjusting to our high altitude, we offer complimentary oxygen in our patio area. Call 200 to arrange to use or come down to Reception and we will set it up for you.

Medical Help
If you need medical help, please dial “200”. The hotel has a first aid kit for your convenience. We can also contact a doctor for medical services, as needed.

WiFi / Internet Access
Internet access is available throughout the hotel and in some of the rooms. Because of our thick, colonial adobe walls, the signal can be very low in the individual rooms, in which case we recommend you go to the common areas for a better signal. For assistance dial 200. The network is Andean Wings and Password is “andean2021”.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but you may smoke in Mandela´s Bar. Smoking in rooms will result in a penalty of US$500 that will be charged to your room bill.
Please consider that we will not be able to use the room for 1 week after smoking in it.

Towels & Linen
To maintain a low environmental impact, please consider reusing your towels and linen. If you wish to reuse your towel hang it on the towel rack. Leave those to be replaced on the floor. For linen to be changed, please leave the Linen Change Card on your bed.

Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Ironing
We are pleased to offer you these services daily, (with the exception of dry cleaning on Sundays). In your wardrobe, you will find a plastic bag and a laundry form. Please fill it in full and leave the clothes to be cleaned inside the bag on your bed and the housekeeping staff will pick it up and coordinate the services according to your requests.

Electrical Outlets
Universal outlet converters and transformers are available. Please dial 200 for more information. Supply is Limited.

Shoe Shine
If you wish to have your shoes polished, please indicate on the laundry sheet, and leave it and your shoes on the bed. Items will be returned by the next morning unless otherwise requested.

Turn Down Service
Housekeeping will turn down your bed before 19:30 hrs. For turn-down service at other times, please dial 200 to coordinate.

Transportation Services
For private transportation, taxi service, train or airline information, please contact Guest Services in Reception or dial 200 on your room telephone.

Message Service
Guest Services may assist in taking messages. Visitors will be announced upon arrival at the hotel until 22:00hrs.
