Enjoy this 9-day guided Costa Rica adventure tour from San Jose to Arenal Volcano, Monteverde cloud forest, the rainforests of Manuel Antonio National Park, and whitewater of the Savegre River. Experience rivers, rainforests, cloud forests, and volcanoes as you hike, raft, zip-line, and view wildlife in this tropical paradise.

During your half-day morning birding tour, your guide will help you spot up to 350 species of birds that live in the Reserve. While hiking through the pristine Monteverde cloud forest, you have a chance to see birds such as the quetzal, toucan, wood creeper, flycatchers, orioles, and grosbeaks. With any luck you may see the three-wattled bellbird.

Visit the Trapiche Coffee Farm, a local family farm established in Monteverde in 1948. You'll learn all about coffee and sugarcane production, with delicious tastings included in the tour!

Explore the jungle this evening as Monteverde's wildlife comes alive. Your naturalist guide will explain the different sights and sounds you observe throughout your hike. Snakes, spiders, tarantulas, tree frogs, coatimundis, agoutis, sloths, kinkajous, and the highly endangered olingo are among the many species you may spot along the way.

This hanging bridges 1/2-day tour consists of 8 bridges ranging in length from 150-510 feet. High above the Monteverde cloud forest floor, you can see the flora & fauna actively moving about down below. As you make your way on this 2-mile hike, your guide will point out an array of bird life that make their homes in the cloud forest.

Enjoy the reptiles and amphibians of Costa Rica with your naturalist guide on this half day tour. You can see more than 35 species including venomous and non-venomous snakes, reptiles, lizards, iguanas, amphibians and land turtles all in naturally simulated terrariums. Learn about the history, habitat and individual characteristics of each species.
