Tilly and Alvin are great. There is so much that goes into planning a cruise, esp if you're a novice and getting guidance was so helpful. Tilly was so responsive and helpful. They both were.

Betty was extremely helpful and friendly! I have never traveled by long boat and was nervous about the options and the experience.
