Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
Arrive in the Galapagos Islands via the Baltra airport. Transfer to your ship, the Nemo III, settle in and experience a boat drill. Lunch on board while your sailing catamaran relocates to Santa Cruz Island for a dry landing at Bachas Beach. Walk this white sandy beach and enjoy snorkeling from the beach, before returning to your ship for your evening meal and briefing with your naturalist.
Awake this morning near the shores of Genovesa. After a hearty breakfast on board, disembark at Prince Philips Steps (drylanding). A wildlife hotspot, explore this region for several hours before returning to board. The ship will reposition at an excellent spot for deep water snorkeling and explore the vast marine life found at this northern island. After lunch on board, a wetlanding at Darwin Bay will occupy your afternoon. Explore the mangrove swamps and enjoy more snorkeling opportunities in the shallow water before returning to the ship for the evening.
Visit Sullivan Bay on the island of Santiago. Wander the lava rock fields while your naturalist points out the unique wildlife who live here. Snorkeling from the beach is also an option. During lunch on board head to Santa Cruz Island with a dry landing at Dragon Hill, with its unmistakable landscapes and marine iguanas just waiting for their photo opportunities. Deep water snorkeling off shore will also be available.
Head to Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island. Take a tour in the highlands where you will walk amongst giant tortoises and learn of the conservation progress being made there. After lunch on board you will enjoy the afternoon at the Charles Darwin Station is located in Puerto Ayora, on the Santa Cruz Island. It is famous for the captive breeding of giant turtles. These famous turtles are called Galapagos and they live for approximately 150 years. The station was created in 1964 and it’s a place you definitively will love.
At the Charles Darwin Station, there is a Natural History Interpretation Center that manages educational programs at the service of the Galapagos National Park. This station is also an operation center for foreign scientists that go to the island to conduct special research.
Today will be spent on the island of Isabela. Explore Moreno Point and capture photos of the unique pink flamingo who dwells there. Deep water snorkeling will complete your morning before the ship repositions during lunch to Urbina Bay. This wetlanding and exploration will continue to reveal the unique wildlife living on Isabela as well as the flora and fauna found there.
This mornings excursion to Espinoza Point on nearby Fernandina Island. With stunning horizons and an abundance of wildlife to spot, the morning will pass quickly before reboarding your ship. Then do some deep water snorkeling. After lunch, return to Isabela for a dry landing at Tagus Cove, unique in it's flora and fauna and wildlife opportunities.
The morning light reveals the shores of Santiago Island, which will be your destination for the day. Explore Egas Port this morning with its amazing rock formations and sea lions lounging about. Snorkel the nearby shallow water before returning to the ship for lunch. Spend the afternoon snorkeling in Buccaneer Cove. This evening gather with your fellow ship mates for a farewell cocktail celebration as your Galapagos cruise comes to a close.

This was our first trip to South America and we were a little nervous. But Adventure Life made things so easy! All our questions were answered before we left, and our guide, Vidal, was amazing! He gave us enough space to explore without rushing us along. He also knew where the best picture taking opportunities were, which was great.
