Continue your adventure touring different orchid sites of Panama. You will first head to El Valle de Anton explore the many trails and this quaint little town. Your exploration continues with a visit to the Finca Dracula in the Chiriqui Highlands
Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
After breakfast we’ll continue our Panama travels with a two-hour drive along the Pan-American Highway into beautiful El Valle. This mountain town is located in the crater of an ancient volcano that erupted with such ferocity it left a 3-mile-wide scar on the landscape. This crater is the largest in the Americas. We’ll hike the valley’s trails admiring its hummingbirds and other tropical wildlife including a golden frog unique to the area. El Valle’s spring-like climate is perfect for exploring the vast variety of trails that run past Indian petroglyphs, hot spring and waterfalls. At El Macho Falls we’ll securely strap into a harness, and through a series of cables and pulleys, we’ll observe the landscape from four different platforms on a canopy adventure. At 220 feet above the forest floor, we share this rare and remarkable view with the animals sheltered within the canopy. Enjoy a traditional Panamanian lunch, and with time, explore the city’s markets where locals sell colorful handmade baskets, clay figures, vegetables and flowers. Overnight in El Valle
This morning take a flight to the town of David. Here you will be met and transferred to the small town of Guadalupe. This quaint town boasts itself as a garden city. Enjoy the beauty as you gaze upon flowers and agricultural plots that surround the city. This afternoon we are on to explore the Finca Dracula Orchid Sanctuary. With over 2000 species of orchids, the sanctuary is one of Latine America's finest collections of Orchids. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore and learn about the orchids. Tonight relax at Los Quetzales Lodge and Spa. Located near the center of town, this lodge offers a variety of spa services as well as many trails into the Baru Volcano National Park.
This morning enjoy a relaxing morning at the lodge or exploring town. This afternoon transfer to David to catch your return flight to Panama City. Overnight Panama City

Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!

Excellent travel advice and service
This is my second experience working with Adventure Life. I’m sold. Jess Heuermann is an experienced traveler and provides a lot of useful information when planning a trip. These are the questions I like to ask at the outset - What’s it like to go here, there, what would you suggest, what do people report, can we add any additional side trips? Jess took the time to answer my questions and seek additional information to share with me. Petchie Colina is outstanding in helping with travel logistics and final preparations. Adventure Life has excellent guides and offers private guides and small group adventures. We enjoyed the opportunity to talk with the guides and drivers to learn more about their countries, cultures and histories. A highlight was having the guides pick local restaurants where we could share meals together. Highly recommend.

Our six-day tour in Iceland went smoothly with one exception. We had asked for two rooms each night. Somehow we were booked with one room with three beds. It could not be fixed at the first hotel in Reykjavik because the hotel was fully booked. Once informed of the problem, however, Adventure Life rebooked for two rooms for the remainder of the trip. As an 85-year-old traveler, I appreciated that one could participate at different physical levels at many of the stops. Iceland is a great place to visit but on the expensive side.

Jess was very easy going and answered all our questions. It’s not easy dealing with 6 people at once but she did an outstanding job!

Kassandra and the Adventure Life team have been incredible! Kassandra was very knowledgeable and attentive to our asks while making sure we kept within our budget. This was our first experience with a travel agent and we were blown away by the booking/initial exploration service. We will use Adventure Life again.
