Coiba National Park
Correctly identified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with exceptional marine biodiversity. It is one of Panama’s top snorkeling and diving destinations and is accessed by boat, commonly from Santa Catalina.
Emberá Indigenous Village Tours
These cultural tours are legitimate and commonly operated via the Chagres River from Panama City. The emphasis on cultural respect and supporting local communities is appropriate.
Panama Viejo
Accurately described as the original site of Panama City, with preserved ruins, a museum, and strong historical significance tied to Spanish colonial history.
Bocas del Toro
The description matches reality. Bocas del Toro is known for Caribbean beaches, snorkeling, island culture, and a relaxed atmosphere with a mix of adventure and downtime.

San Blas Islands (Guna Yala)
The description is accurate. The islands are known for clear waters, minimal development, and cultural experiences hosted by the Guna people. Organized tours are the standard way to visit.

Portobelo
Portobelo is identified as a historic Spanish colonial port with forts and maritime history, along with nearby snorkeling and diving opportunities.

CLARIFICATIONS TO CONSIDER

Tap Water
In Panama City and major urban areas, tap water is generally safe to drink. In rural areas and islands, bottled or filtered water is recommended. The FAQ currently sounds overly cautious and could be refined.
Best Time to Visit
The dry season (mid-December to mid-April) is correctly identified as the most popular time to visit, though Panama is a year-round destination depending on region and activities.
English-Speaking Guides
English-speaking guides are common in Panama City and major tourist hubs, but availability drops in remote areas. Advising travelers to confirm in advance is accurate.
