Arrive at Baltra Island Airport and transfer to the Cormorant for your private charter of the Galapagos Islands.
Set sail for Bachas Beach, an excellent location for swimming. View flamingos, Sally Lightfoot crabs, hermit crabs, black necked stilts, and whimbrels and explore the floating pier, a remnant of World War II.
El Barranco, also known as Prince Phillip’s Steps, is a steep, rocky path that leads up a high cliff rock face. A marvelous view can be appreciated from here. This site is also home to Palo Santo vegetation as well as red-footed boobies, short-eared owls, Galapagos storm petrels, and Galapagos Doves.
Visit the white-sand coral beach of Darwin Bay which includes a half-mile trail (0,75km) that winds through mangroves filled with land birds. Nazca boobies, red-footed boobies, and swallow-tailed gulls, which can easily be spotted here. Further down the path, we’ll find tidal pools where sea lions swim playfully. At the end is a spectacular view of a cliff.
Travel to South Plaza Island, a small island covered in Opuntia cacti. The island is home to one of the largest sea lion colonies and also features many colorful yellow and red land iguanas. Take a brief hike over the terrain for views of the island.
In the afternoon, set sail for Santa Fe Island and hike its two visitor trails.
Explore Witch Hill. Eroded by the sea, Witch Hill features white powdery sand and a picturesque beach. Snorkel alongside sea turtles and rays, and view various types of booby birds.
Travel to Pitt Point and take a trail up to the face of a cliff. This hike offers superb views of the island. Snorkel in the clear waters and hope to meet some playful sea lions.

This was our first trip to South America and we were a little nervous. But Adventure Life made things so easy! All our questions were answered before we left, and our guide, Vidal, was amazing! He gave us enough space to explore without rushing us along. He also knew where the best picture taking opportunities were, which was great.
